We will normally only ship to your registered Paypal address.
Shipping, Tax and Customs.
UK Orders We a small busniess and fall below the UK VAT threshold - there is no VAT on UK orders. Shipping is normally via the Royal Mail "Tracked 48" service, though we can use "Tracked 24" if you request it - it costs a little extra.
European and EU Orders Your order will (in theory) attract EU VAT and custom charges, and we attach a customs form on the package stating the order content and value. The current EU "de minimis" duty threshold is EUR150 (approximately £120), which means you do not pay customs fees if your order is below this value. Your local VAT rate applies to all shipments.
USA Orders From August 2025 customs charges apply to all shipments because the "de minimus" exemption has been withdrawn. UK Royal Mail have extended their PDDP ("Post Delivered Duties Paid") service to the US - the 10% customs duty & handling fee on the shipment is added to your order and is pre-paid. The shipment will then clear US customs.
Anywhere else. We do not ship to South America, Africa, Russia, Belarus, and Asia (except Japan). Please enquire for shipping costs for anywhere else.
If you have any questions about your order or our payment or shipping policies, please ask.
