Payment and Shipping

We will normally only accept orders for items that we actually have in stock.

We normally take payment via Paypal, but if you prefer we can also accept non-sterling payments via services such as EFX (please ask about this)

We will usually issue you with a Paypal invoice confirming the total value of you order including shipping.

We will normally only ship to your registered Paypal address.

We like to ship your order as quickly as possible. During the week, this is usually the same day or the next day. Orders made on a Friday will usually ship the following Monday. If there is any delay in shipping, we will try and inform you before you place your order.

Smaller orders are sent by standard mail. We have had very few problems with this method of shipping, and it keeps shipping costs down.  If you would like tracked shipping, please ask and we will give you a quotation.

Larger orders are always sent using a tracked and signed-for service, so that we know that they’ve arrived safely.
VAT (Value Added Tax)
From 1st January 2021, the UK is no longer part of the EU Customs Union. EU customers may be charged EU VAT on imported goods (together with any carrier handling fees) by their local customs officials.
As a small business, Fitzgreyve Synthesis does not charge UK VAT in accordance with UK tax regulations. We are therefore unable to reduce our prices for non-UK customers.
If you have any questions about your order or our payment or shipping policies, please ask.
